1. This time difference is a bitch. I’m still kinda on NY time, which is 6 hours ahead of Hawaii time. I went to bed @ 8:30 last night and woke up @ 6:30 this morning. Boo. Hoping I can back to normal quickly.
2. It felt so good to get back in the gym today. I ran a couple times while on vacation but I missed lifting weights while I was gone.
3. I ate so much crap* on vacation. But whose NOT going to eat pizza while in NY? I mean, really? I gotta get my eating back to normal too.
4. I’m going to the beach tomorrow. The ocean rules!
