I’ve sort of hit a stalemate scale-wise, but my clothes keep getting looser so my body is still changing.

My brother (who is a certified master trainer) says I’ve probably hit the point where I’m building more muscle which is why the scale isn’t moving very much.

I just have to keep at it.

Have I mentioned how beautiful Maui is?
